Available visit windows may include morning (8:00–10:30), extended morning (8:00–13:30), afternoon (12:00–16:00) or all day (8:00–16:00). Your actual date and window are confirmed when booking.
Charges and parts
Ask us to confirm the applicable visit charge before booking. Parts are extra where required and are identified after inspection. We explain proposed work and any further cost before proceeding.
Access and changes
Please make sure someone can provide access for the agreed visit. Let us know promptly if you need to change the appointment. An abortive call charge may apply to a missed appointment; ask for the booking terms.
Our service scope
We provide repairs and replacements for accepted existing equipment. We focus on accepted existing kitchen appliances, Saniflo and kitchen waste disposals. No new gas installations, LPG conversions, American side-by-side fridge-freezer repairs or compressor changes.
