A full model number helps us prepare. Use labels you can reach safely, or existing paperwork.
Washing machines & dryers
Look around the accessible door opening or a visible external label. Record the full model and serial number. Do not pull the machine out to find a hidden plate.
Dishwashers
A label may be around the door edge. On BSH-group brands, note the E-Nr and FD information. Do not remove integrated panels.
Ovens, cookers & hobs
An oven label may be around an accessible door frame. For a hob, use existing documents or a safely visible label. Never lift a hob or remove a cover to read the underside.
Fridges & freezers
A model label is often inside the cabinet. Include the full code. We exclude American side-by-side models and compressor replacement.
Saniflo macerators
Read only a safely visible external label or your paperwork. Note every fixture connected to the pump. Never open the casing to find a number.
Kitchen waste disposers
Use a safely accessible label or paperwork. Mention whether it uses an air switch or a batch-feed cover. Keep hands and tools out of the chamber.
Dyson vacuum cleaners
Record the Dyson model and any visible warning lights. Do not open the battery or electrical housing. Dyson is the only vacuum brand we repair.
