Our working week is Monday to Thursday. We confirm the available date and visit window with you. An online request does not confirm an appointment until we contact you.
Can you confirm the part before visiting?
We need to inspect and diagnose the fault before confirming which part is required. Your model number and a description of the symptoms help us prepare.
How much will a repair cost?
Call for the applicable visit charge before booking. We explain labour and any proposed parts separately, and discuss the cost before proceeding with additional work.
Do you offer repairs and replacements?
Yes, for accepted existing kitchen appliances, Saniflo macerators and kitchen waste disposals. Replacement suitability depends on the model, connections and condition. Please check the job with us first; this site does not offer new gas installations or LPG conversions.
Do you repair American fridge-freezers?
We do not repair American side-by-side fridge-freezers or carry out compressor changes. Please call with the exact model for other refrigeration faults.
Which vacuum cleaner brands do you repair?
We repair Dyson vacuum cleaners only. Call with your model and symptoms so we can confirm acceptance and parts availability.
